The Fall Clinics held by Coach Bancroft and Coach Windwer is a sellout again this year. The Clinics are held at Daugherty Gym in Braintree on Sunday and Tuesday evenings. The clinics go from 5;00 – 6;30 for 1995’s and 1994’s and 6:30 – 8:00PM for 1993’s and 1992’s.
The Fall Clinics this year will stress conditioning and advanced foot work drills as well as position specific offensive moves for guards and post players. All aspects of shooting will be emphasized.
On Weds Evenings we have our skill development clinic for girls born from 1996 – 1999. They are held at Daugherty gym in Braintree from 6:30 – 8:30PM. This clinic is designed to help build fundamental skills including ball handling, passing, footwork, rebounding, defense and shooting. We are very pleased at the overwhelming response for this first time clinic.
Our Shooting Clinic held on September 15-16 at Weymouth high school was a great success. The feedback received from both players and parents has been outstanding. Professional shooting coach Tom Hughes from Yes I Can Basketball presented a 2 day long presentation to a sold out audience. The players walked away with information and drills to have an immediate impact on their games!
Pat Lamb’s Preseason Clinic:
On Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30PM at Plymouth North HS beginning September 18th thru early November, Pat Lamb will host an open gym for any girls born in 1991.
